Digitization of the Calp Municipal Archive

Summary

Calp City Council is procuring the digitization, indexing and cataloguing of 1,425 municipal building-permit files from 1987–2023, representing approximately 95 linear metres of administrative and technical records. The service includes metadata capture, quality control and delivery of master TIFF files, searchable PDF/A copies and JPEG 2000 dissemination copies on two USB 3.0 drives. Work is to be carried out at the municipal archive, with a three-month initial term and an optional one-month extension; the contract is not divided into lots.
