Integrated hygiene, pest control and maintenance services for youth facilities

Summary

The Institute of Youth of Extremadura is procuring a three-year, integrated maintenance and health-hygiene service for five youth facilities: two hostels or training centres and three youth centres in Baños de Montemayor, Valencia de Alcántara, Badajoz, Mérida and Plasencia. The work covers upkeep of the food-safety self-monitoring system (HACCP), disinfection, pest control and prevention and control of Legionella; it also includes swimming-pool water testing and maintenance of the drinking-water chlorinator at the Valencia de Alcántara hostel. Preventive and corrective maintenance are included. The contract is not divided into lots.
