Communications and media relations service for Llucmajor City Council

Summary

Llucmajor City Council is procuring an integrated communications and media relations service for an initial two-year term, with the possibility of one extension of up to two additional years. The service includes institutional and crisis communications, daily management of the municipal website and social media, press relations, graphic design and production of up to 15 advertising campaigns per year, institutional advertising placement, audiovisual coverage and public-awareness campaigns, as well as opinion surveys when requested. Event coverage includes up to four events per month and, exceptionally during the Llucmajor fairs, up to eight additional assignments.
