Renovation and improvement works for the tunnel at Avenida de Valencia and Paseo Constitución, Puçol

Summary

Puçol City Council is procuring works to renovate and improve the pedestrian and vehicle underpass beneath the railway at Avenida de Valencia and Paseo Constitución. The works include preparing the walls, fitting removable exterior HPL panels, adapting handrails and rainwater downpipes, installing metal skirting and integrated LED lighting, upgrading electrical installations and carrying out painting, surface repairs, waste management, quality testing and temporary traffic arrangements. The contract is not divided into lots, has a maximum execution period of two months and has a budget of €190,733.45 excluding VAT (€230,787.47 including VAT). The works are co-financed 60% by the European Regional Development Fund.
