Renewal of water-supply and sewer networks and street paving in Longares

Summary

Longares Town Council is procuring works to renew the water-supply and sewer networks and reconstruct road and pavement surfaces in the town centre. The works cover the Camino de Alfamén and Ronda de la Villa, part of Calle Palomar through to Calle Zaragoza, and the southern-side pavement along the Valencia/Zaragoza road. They include temporary service networks during replacement, new stormwater inlets, replacement of the road surface and pavements, and renewal of connections up to the property shut-off valves; meters and internal private pipework are excluded. The contract is not divided into lots, has an execution period of seven months, and has a budget of €306,370.35 excluding VAT (€370,708.35 including VAT).
