Collection and treatment of healthcare waste at Marbella addiction treatment centres, 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Marbella is procuring the collection, transport and authorised treatment or disposal of healthcare waste, including used needles, generated at its municipal addiction treatment centres in Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara. The four-year service runs from 2027 to 2030 and includes suitable waste containers, regulatory documentation and traceability of the waste through to its authorised destination. Collections are planned every six months at each centre, with four 3-litre containers in total per year; the contract is not divided into lots.
