Summary

VAERSA is procuring on-demand comprehensive maintenance of seven fixed ecoparks in Sax, Beneixama, Salinas, Elda, Banyeres de Mariola, Onil and Petrer. The work covers gardening and vegetation clearance, minor civil and building repairs, metal and wood joinery, plumbing, irrigation systems and minor electrical repairs; estimated quantities include 2,000 m² of vegetation clearance, 400 hours of masonry work, 200 m of drip-irrigation maintenance, 100 m of water pipe, 35 hours of plumbing work, 30 hours each of gardening and electrical work, and 15 metal manhole covers. The contract runs for six months, with possible extensions of up to a further six months; it is not divided into lots and only work actually performed is paid for.
