Consultancy for the analysis, evaluation and organisation of FECYT job positions

Summary

The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) is procuring a single-lot consultancy service to identify, analyse, describe, evaluate and organise its job positions. The work includes a standardised job catalogue and position profiles, professional families, a job evaluation and internal-equity analysis, a proposed professional classification system, knowledge-transfer sessions and a final report. The study covers approximately 140 staff interviews and an estimated 670 hours of work, with a maximum contract duration of seven months.
