Design and construction supervision services for Ponteareas library works

Summary

The Municipality of Ponteareas is procuring architectural and technical services for three works under its integrated urban plan, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Lot 1 covers design, works supervision, execution supervision and health and safety coordination for the basement of the Municipal Library, which is to become a flexible cultural and educational space. Lot 2 covers design, works supervision and health and safety coordination for the redevelopment of the library surroundings, particularly Rúa da Perillana and Rúa Cantón de Boavista. Lot 3 covers execution supervision and health and safety coordination for converting the former market building into the new Municipal Library. The estimated value is €167,308.01 excluding VAT: €65,078.72 for Lot 1, €42,679.29 for Lot 2 and €59,550.00 for Lot 3.
