Summary

SEGITTUR is procuring a single managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) service, without lots, to continuously monitor its information systems, digital platforms and technology services, including the Intelligent Destinations Platform, the Open Innovation Platform and other digital platforms. The service covers early threat detection, security-event analysis and incident response, as well as the operation and ongoing improvement of the existing security environment. The initial term is 12 months, with extensions of up to a further 12 months.
