Construction of the Son Reus animal centre buildings and works supervision services

Summary

Palma City Council is procuring a mixed works and services contract in three lots for its municipal animal health centre in Son Reus: construction of a new administrative building, construction of a separate auxiliary building for storage and toilets, and technical assistance for directing the works and coordinating health and safety for both buildings. The auxiliary building is planned as a single-storey structure of approximately 100 m². The technical-assistance lot has a maximum tender budget of €67,731.59 excluding VAT and is planned to run for at least 12 months, through completion of both buildings and the relevant warranty-period services.
