Implementation, configuration and maintenance of an e-administration platform for the Basque Parliament

Summary

The Basque Parliament is procuring the configuration, implementation, deployment, maintenance, updating and document custody of an integrated electronic administration platform delivered as a SaaS service. The platform will support electronic administrative case management and archiving, registration, identification and electronic signatures, online public services, document management, videoconferencing and an integrated whistleblowing channel, with connections to the Parliament’s systems and public administration services. If the new solution differs from the current one, the migration is expected to cover approximately 1,000 third-party records, 5,500 electronic registry entries, 3,000 electronic cases, 8 official books and 100,000 electronic documents, including 15,000 signed documents.
