Expansion of the SNOW Software system and 24-month subscription extension and support

Summary

The City of Białystok, acting through its IT Services Centre, is procuring a 24-month extension of 750 Snow Spend Optimizer–SAM subscriptions with Data Intelligence Service and 150 additional subscriptions, increasing coverage to 900 devices from 18 November 2026 to 17 November 2028. The supply includes manufacturer support and updates, plus up to 300 hours of technical and advisory support. An equivalent on-premises Software Asset Management solution may be offered, with deployment, migration, integration, testing and training included; the procurement is not divided into lots.
