Specialist data protection advice and Data Protection Officer services

Summary

Dénia City Council is procuring an integrated audit, consultancy and specialist support service to implement, maintain and update its compliance with data-protection, information-security and cybersecurity requirements. The service also covers implementation and operation of the Internal Information System and reporting channel, training, and performance of the Council’s Data Protection Officer functions. The scope covers 35 municipal services and 125 data-processing activities, with at least 350 service hours annually, for an initial two-year term with possible annual extensions up to four years; the contract is not divided into lots.
