Advisory and security officer services for data protection, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence governance

Summary

Ávila Provincial Council is procuring an integrated, continuous specialist service for the Council and four affiliated bodies: its Autonomous Revenue Agency, the Santa Teresa Cultural Foundation and two local consortia. The service covers support to the internal Data Protection Officer and Security Officer, data protection and cybersecurity advice, National Security Scheme assessments and audits, staff training, and the design and implementation of an artificial intelligence governance project. The initial term is two years, with a possible two-year extension; the estimated value is €139,600 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
