Maintenance of climate-control, ventilation and air-treatment systems at Unión de Mutuas sites in Catalonia

Summary

Unión de Mutuas is procuring operational, preventive, corrective and modification maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-treatment installations at its four Catalonia sites: Barcelona-Tarradellas, Barcelona-Poble Nou, L’Hospitalet and Girona. The service covers the sites’ operational climate-control and thermal-production equipment, mechanical ventilation and heat-recovery systems, together with the materials and spare parts needed for the work; bathroom extractors and ventilation serving only local hygiene purposes are excluded. The initial term is 23 months, with one possible two-year extension; the estimated total value is €89,115 excluding VAT.
