Maintenance of the BIOEF Biobank application under the AMS model

Summary

EJIE is procuring AMS-based maintenance and further development of BIOEF’s Biobank application. The service covers user support, incident resolution, corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance, functional enhancements, testing, quality and security assurance, and the upkeep of application assets and documentation. The existing system supports the management and traceability of donors, biological samples, requests, projects and sensitive information; its stated scale is approximately 300 database tables, 42 million records, 8.5 GB of storage and 348,000 lines of code.
