Lease of printing and multifunction equipment with reprographic services and maintenance

Summary

The Municipality of Mollerussa is procuring a four-year, integrated print, copying and scanning service for its municipal buildings and facilities. The contract includes leasing 13 new devices—six A3 colour multifunction printers, six A4 colour multifunction printers and one A3 colour printer—as well as maintaining three existing Ricoh multifunction devices, supplying consumables, and providing technical support and print-management services. Estimated usage is 26,000 black-and-white pages and 7,500 colour pages per month. The procurement is not divided into lots.
