Extension and rehabilitation of the Lluïsa Duran Library: design and construction supervision

Summary

The City Council of La Bisbal d’Empordà is procuring architectural design and professional services for the extension and rehabilitation of the Lluïsa Duran Library. The work includes the architectural proposal, basic and detailed design, the design-stage health and safety study, an activity-licensing technical project, and construction supervision; construction execution management and health and safety coordination during construction are excluded. The project is not divided into lots. The estimated construction works budget is €1,505,000.
