Maintenance of football pitches and municipal sports complex services

Summary

The Águilas City Council is procuring a two-year service contract for the upkeep and operation of the municipal football facilities and related sports complex services. The work covers the Hermanos Buitrago and Muñoz Calero grounds, each with one football 11 pitch and two football 7 pitches, and the Josefa Muñoz Orts Municipal Sports Complex, which includes a football 7 pitch. Services include opening and closing, cleaning, access control, artificial-turf and equipment maintenance, minor repairs and tree care, as well as groundskeeping, maintenance support and occasional caretaker duties at the sports complex. The contract is not divided into lots; its estimated value is €192,926.84 excluding VAT.
