Visitor services, information and interpretation at the La Fonseya and Valdeón visitor centres, 2027–2028

Summary

The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla and León is procuring visitor-service and interpretation operations at the La Fonseya Visitor Centre in Oseja de Sajambre and the Valdeón Visitor Centre in Posada de Valdeón for 2027–2028, as one contract without lots. The service includes public information and guided visits, environmental education and interpretation activities, visitor reports and information materials, and centre operations. The indicative annual opening schedule is 2,837 hours at La Fonseya and 2,697 hours at Valdeón, with additional annual allowances of 300 hours for group visits, 40 hours for reports and other tasks, and 24 hours for environmental volunteering. The scope also includes cleaning and maintenance (330 hours annually at La Fonseya and 416 at Valdeón) and basic gardening (60 and 100 hours annually, respectively).
