Maintenance and support services for INSST IT infrastructure

Summary

The National Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST) is procuring maintenance and support for the IT systems hosting its occupational risk prevention applications, together with end-user support for around 400 users at four sites in Madrid, Barakaldo, Barcelona and Seville. The single, unloted service covers ongoing infrastructure maintenance, incident and vulnerability resolution, user assistance and system availability, as well as requested system evolution and migration work under the INSST Systems Plan. The initial term is 12 months, with an extension of up to 12 months; the estimated contract value is €791,470.88 excluding VAT.
