Visitor services and nature interpretation at the Lake Sanabria Park House, 2027–2028

Summary

The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castile and León is procuring the operation of the Casa del Parque visitor centre at Lake Sanabria and the Segundera and Porto mountains in Rabanillo-Galende, Zamora. The service includes visitor information and nature interpretation, guided visits, environmental education and other activities, visitor reports and educational materials, as well as centre cleaning and maintenance and gardening of its botanical park, landscaped grounds and car park. The scope includes 1,300 public-opening hours, 1,274 hours for reserved groups, 1,371 hours for reports and other authorised work, 34 environmental-volunteering hours, 1,000 annual maintenance and cleaning hours, and 1,960 gardening hours in each of 2027 and 2028; the contract runs until 31 December 2028, with an option to extend by up to 12 months.
