Marketing and technical secretariat services for AI events under the BSC AI Factory project

Summary

Barcelona Supercomputing Center is procuring marketing and event-support services for the BSC AI Factory project under two lots. Lot 1 covers the design, production, delivery and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns and promotional materials. Lot 2 covers technical secretariat and end-to-end organisation of sectoral events and hackathons, including in-person, hybrid and virtual formats. Both lots run for 15 months; the total maximum budget is €249,865 including VAT.
