Design and supervision services for the roof restoration of the Benavente Parador

Summary

TURESPAÑA is procuring the preparation of the basic and detailed designs, construction supervision and health and safety coordination for the comprehensive restoration of the roofs of the Parador de Turismo in Benavente, Zamora. The work covers tiled and flat roofs and related repairs, including waterproofing, drainage improvements, replacement of damaged tiles, chimney checks and improved roof access. The contract is not divided into lots.
