The City of Calahorra is procuring event organisation, production, coordination and delivery services for its 2027 Three Kings celebrations on 5–6 January and Carnival on 5–7 February. Lot 1 covers the Three Kings’ parade and related events, including a theatre event and visits to care centres. Lot 2 covers Carnival contests, the opening gala, parties and parades, with associated entertainment, technical production, logistics, prizes and promotional materials. The total maximum budget is €46,013.88 including VAT.
