Inspection and servicing of air conditioning in the Bustamante Building classrooms

Summary

The Spanish Navy’s Antonio Escaño Specialties School is procuring inspection, servicing and recommissioning of the air-conditioning systems in the classrooms of the Bustamante Building in Ferrol. The single, undivided contract includes an estimated 680 hours of first-grade technician work and the supply and installation of components, including refrigerant, pre-insulated pipe, high-efficiency filters, drip separators and indoor and outdoor supports. The work is to be carried out as requested from contract signature (or 15 September 2026) through 30 November 2026; the maximum budget is €40,910.10 including VAT.
