Supply and renewal of Microsoft 365 and Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum licences

Summary

FIBAO is procuring, for the GENYO centre, the renewal and supply of Microsoft 365 and Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum licences to maintain its existing digital workplace and security environment. The single-lot contract includes 175 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licences, one Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence, and Kaspersky coverage for at least 300 users, with the possibility of adjusting licence quantities. The initial term is two years, with extensions of up to two additional years; technical support and security training for designated centre staff are also included. No platform migration, change of manufacturer or new implementation is planned.
