Microsoft licence procurement for the Portugal Social Innovation 2030 Mission Structure for 36 months

Summary

The Agency for Development and Cohesion is procuring Microsoft software licences for the Portugal Social Innovation 2030 Mission Structure for 36 months. The fixed component estimates 12 M365 E5 user subscriptions, 3 M365 E7 subscriptions, 1 M365 Copilot add-on and 50 units of additional O365 file storage (1 GB each). An optional component estimates a further 6 M365 E5 subscriptions, 1 M365 E7 subscription, 5 M365 Copilot add-ons and 500 additional O365 storage units; the buyer is not obliged to order all estimated quantities. Installation, configuration and setup needed to put the licences into operation are included.
