SaaS software for managing FUESCYL’s internal reporting channel

Summary

The Foundation of Universities and Higher Education of Castile and León (FUESCYL) is procuring a hosted SaaS software subscription to manage its confidential internal reporting channel, replacing the existing system from 1 January 2027. The system must support anonymous and identified reports, secure communications and case tracking, document storage, reporting, access controls and audit trails, with technical support and maintenance. The single, indivisible contract runs for five years; the estimated value is €4,500 excluding VAT (€5,445 including VAT).
