Summary

The Municipality of Mérida is procuring an integrated, 15-year energy supply and energy-services contract for its municipal installations, with a total tender budget of €67,077,104.81 including VAT. The scope covers electricity, natural gas and heating oil; energy management and verified savings; maintenance and full repair or replacement cover for public lighting, building electrical and climate-control systems, photovoltaic installations and legionella control; and improvements including public and indoor lighting upgrades, boiler replacement and new photovoltaic installations. It also includes festive and Christmas lighting, independent contract monitoring, and corrective and modification maintenance. The contract is not divided into lots.
