Summary

Alcorcón City Council is procuring technical lighting, audiovisual and stage-machinery services, together with related support, for its cultural programme, festivals and other events. The contract includes specialist staff, equipment rental and operation, installation and removal, loading and unloading, audience services and preventive maintenance at municipal theatres, cultural centres, the Paco de Lucía Auditorium, outdoor venues and other event locations. It is a single, undivided contract covering approximately 280 activities per year—about 180 organised by the Council and 100 by third parties—for an initial two-year term, with up to two one-year extensions.
