Maintenance and repair of painting works at Andratx municipal buildings and facilities

Summary

The Andratx Town Council is procuring on-demand maintenance and minor repairs to painted surfaces at municipal buildings and facilities, including interior and exterior walls, ceilings and other horizontal or vertical surfaces. Work may include surface preparation and repair, painting and protective coatings, cleanup, and the materials and access equipment needed to complete each task. Complete painting of an entire building is excluded. The contract has no lots, runs for two years with up to two additional one-year extensions, and has a maximum budget of €45,802.20 per year excluding VAT (€91,604.40 for the initial two-year term).
