Social Management and Research Consultancy for Alicante’s “Between Two Castles” Project

Summary

Alicante City Council is procuring a two-year, integrated technical assistance service to manage and operate its Information, Communication and Community Intervention Office for the EDUSI Las Cigarreras territorial plan and the “Alicante Between Two Castles” project. The service covers in-person, telephone and online public information and administrative guidance; community outreach, mediation and participation; project communications and awareness campaigns; and municipal support through data collection, monitoring and impact reports. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a base budget of €284,430.15 excluding VAT.
