Support service for the annual information campaign on non-contributory pensions

Summary

The Balearic Islands social welfare authority is procuring a two-year service to prepare and print personalised letters, annual income declaration forms and instructions, then fold, envelope and deliver them to its office in Palma for the annual non-contributory pension information campaign. The estimated annual volume is up to 10,500 ordinary letters in December and 1,000 administrative notifications in May; postal services after delivery to the authority are excluded. The contract may be extended by up to three years.
