Detailed soil characterisation at EMT Madrid’s Mediodía II depot

Summary

Madrid’s municipal transport company is procuring a detailed investigation of soil and groundwater quality at its Mediodía II depot, a site of approximately 55,000 m² on Camino de la China in Madrid. The work includes historical and physical-environment studies, a July 2027 field campaign with six boreholes and piezometers and six trial pits, soil and groundwater sampling and laboratory analyses, risk assessment, and final technical reports. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for 12 months.
