Organisation and delivery of Torrevieja’s Christmas celebrations

Summary

The Municipality of Torrevieja is procuring the integrated organisation, production, coordination and delivery of its 2026 Christmas programme, with one possible extension covering the 2027 season. The single, undivided contract includes events and performances, children’s and cultural activities, temporary stages and infrastructure, sound and lighting equipment, festive decorations and plants, logistics, safety-related services, and installation and dismantling. The main delivery period is 10 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, with installation beginning on 9 December. The annual budget is €199,354.40 including VAT; the estimated contract value, including the possible extension, is €333,111.70 excluding VAT.
