Support for drafting and legally validating social benefit regulations

Summary

The Barcelona Provincial Council is establishing a framework agreement with up to two companies to provide local authorities in Barcelona province with technical and legal support for drafting and validating regulations governing social financial benefits. The work includes assessing the existing rules and local needs, developing the proposed ordinance, regulation or regulatory bases, and providing related management tools and reports. The agreement estimates 14 services of up to 100 hours each, for a total of 1,400 hours; it is not divided into lots.
