Consultancy services to develop the National Strategy on Addictions and Action Plan

Summary

The Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs is procuring consultancy services to develop Spain’s National Strategy on Addictions for 2027–2034 and its first Action Plan for 2027–2030. The single, integrated contract covers diagnosis and strategic design, consultation and participation, indicators and monitoring and evaluation systems, institutional validation, and final documents in Spanish and English, together with communication materials and an evaluability report. It includes 10 deliverables over an eight-month contract period.
