Environmental monitoring for construction of the León biomass thermal energy plant

Summary

The Public Society for Infrastructure and the Environment of Castilla and León is procuring environmental monitoring services for construction of the biomass-fired thermal energy plant serving León’s sustainable heat network. The single, undivided contract covers an initial document review, report, meeting and site visit; weekly monitoring visits and records; monthly reports; a final report; and technical assistance and attendance at necessary meetings throughout the works. The estimated duration is 24 months, and the services will be performed in León. The project is co-financed by the European Union’s Just Transition Fund.
