Summary

EOI Foundation is procuring one-year SaaS subscriptions for 100 Jira Service Management Standard agent licences, 25 Confluence Standard user licences and 15 Bitbucket Standard user licences, plus capacity for 3,000 additional Jira Service Management Assets objects. The contract also covers implementation of EOI’s corporate configuration management database (CMDB) in Jira Service Management Assets, including inventory review and preparation, data modelling and loading, asset discovery and reconciliation, documentation, knowledge transfer and stabilisation. The procurement is not divided into lots; the licences may be extended by up to two years, while the CMDB implementation is a one-off service.
