Virtual learning service and Blackboard Learn licence for the University of Seville

Summary

The University of Seville is procuring a virtual learning service and Blackboard Learn licences, including the SaaS Plus package and the Mobile Full, Content, Ally and AVA products. The scope includes development, testing and pre-production environments, hosting, support and integration with the university’s Universitas XXI academic management system. The main licence must cover up to 75,000 users and at least 38 TB of teaching content; the service is planned for four years, with a possible one-year extension. The contract is not divided into lots.
