Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is procuring a 12-month, single-lot service to migrate its existing Salesforce HEDA environment to Education Cloud and build student recruitment and relationship-management processes for postgraduate studies, the International School and Continuing Education. The work includes consulting, design, configuration, development, integrations with the university’s academic ERP and other systems, deployment, staff training and three months of post-launch support. The recruitment solution includes up to three Experience Cloud communities for prospective students.
