Rental and full-service operation of a synthetic skating rink at Glorieta Square, Teruel (Christmas 2026–2027)

Summary

Teruel City Council is renting a synthetic ice-skating rink and procuring its complete installation, operation and dismantling at Plaza de la Glorieta for the 2026–2027 Christmas season. The rink must measure at least 20 × 10 m and operate from 22 December 2026 to 6 January 2027; the contract also includes skates and protective equipment, a storage and service hut, lighting, sound, daily maintenance, qualified monitors, night-time security and insurance. Use of the rink and loan of the equipment will be free to the public.
