Cataloguing and logistical regularisation of material for the FANETC project

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring a single-lot service to catalogue and logistically regularise material already delivered under the FANETC project. Work includes reviewing and identifying equipment, components, spares, accessories, kits, software and licences; checking existing catalogue status; preparing or processing catalogue actions where needed; maintaining a master register; and providing supporting records and final reports. The initial estimate assumes actions T1–T4 for up to 260 items, with additional NCAGE work (T5) as needed; payment is for completed and accepted units, up to a maximum budget of €35,549.80 including VAT. The service runs until 30 November 2026, with no extension.
