Reprographics services for various departments of Novelda City Council

Novelda City Council is procuring a four-year reprographics service, starting on 1 January 2027, for 20 new multifunction printing devices installed across municipal departments. The devices comprise six types of black-and-white and colour machines, including models with fax, with estimated monthly volumes of approximately 61,600 black-and-white and 7,000 colour pages. The contract covers installation, rental and/or payment per use, maintenance, repairs and consumables; invoices will be based on actual copies made.
