Preliminary Census of Buildings at Risk of Asbestos in Municipalities Under 5,000 Inhabitants in Burgos Province

Summary

The Provincial Council of Burgos is procuring a single, undivided service to prepare a preliminary census of buildings at risk of containing asbestos across the province’s 366 municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants. The work covers public and private buildings, using aerial or satellite imagery and public cadastral data to assess asbestos presence and exposure risk, with on-site visual inspections of municipal buildings in five municipalities. Deliverables include municipal reports, GIS and spreadsheet databases, a web viewer, a prioritised removal timetable, a results presentation session and a final report.
