Services to Build and Evolve the Metrics Time-Series System for 2026–2028

Summary

EJIE is procuring services for the construction, evolution and maintenance of the Basque Water Agency’s metrics time-series repository and management system for hydrometeorological and water-quality data, discharges, and water uses. The work includes web application development for all three business domains, system infrastructure for data ingestion and storage, validation and transformation APIs, alerts, data exploitation and infrastructure migration, as well as related consultancy and AWS infrastructure maintenance. The integrated contract has no lots and runs from signature until 31 December 2028.
