Maintenance, operation and development of Salamanca City Council’s Cybersecurity Operations Centre

Summary

The Salamanca City Council is procuring a one-year service to operate, maintain, support and evolve its existing Cybersecurity Operations Centre (SOC) and related managed security services. The continuous services include SOC monitoring, incident management, cyber threat intelligence, platform administration and maintenance, with rapid-response support; threat hunting is an optional recurring service. On-demand work is funded from a maximum annual allowance of 125 specialist hours at €60 per hour and six on-site rapid-response days at €1,500 per day. The annual budget is €100,700 excluding VAT (€121,847 including VAT); the contract is not divided into lots and excludes replacement of the existing platform and supply of new hardware.
