Maintenance of the electrical installations of the Álava Tax Agency

Summary

Spain’s Tax Agency is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the low-voltage electrical installations at its Álava office building at Olaguibel 7 in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The service covers 12 maintenance visits in 2027, generally once a month, as well as fault response and inspection and maintenance of electrical installations, switchboards, earthing, emergency lighting and lighting equipment. The contract is not divided into lots; its maximum value is EUR 4,000 including VAT, and it may be extended for up to one year.
